Controller meter-

seal leaking oil
into manifold
Clogged breather
If there
is oil leakage
at actuator
drain, clean
cylinder
and
replace
piston seal.
Clean and free action.
Bleed
system.
Replace controller.
Check breather for re-
strictions to air flow.
NOTE
Smoke
would be
normal
if engine
has idled
for a prolonged
period.
