Troubleshooting
Projector won’t
turn on
• Charge the projector with a 5V 2A adaptor for 3
hours and try again.
• Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
(Note: the battery has a lifespan of approx. 500
charging cycles before capacity decreases.)
Apps are
running slowly
or won’t display
correctly
• Make sure the projector hardware meets the
requirement of the app; some apps require high
level hardware to run.
• Restart the system and try to run the app again.
System is
running very
slowly
• Restart the system.
• Reset the projector to factory state, go to Settings >
General > Factory Reset. (Resetting will clear all user
data and installed apps, so backup first.)
No sound from
projector
• Make sure the speaker outlet on the sides of the
projector is not blocked.
• Unplug anything from the headphone port.
• Check the projector, the device (e.g. phone, tablet)
or the app is not muted, and turn up the volume.
• Restart the system.
