features of HEATING mode (on some models)
Preheat
When starting the HEATING operation, the airflow from the indoor
unit will be discharged 2-5 minutes later.
Defrost
During HEATING operation, the appliance will automatically defrost
to increase efficiency. This process usually takes 2-10 minutes. During
defrosting, fans stop operation. Once defrosting is completed, the
air conditioner returns to HEATING mode automatically (on some
models).
Note: Heating is NOT available for cooling only air conditioner mod-
els.
