2 GUIDA RAPIDA – START UP PROCEDURE
1. Adescare la pompa e spurgare l’impianto
da residui di lavorazione.
2. Collegare il dispositivo alla pompa.
È necessario montare una valvola di
ritegno in aspirazione alla pompa.
3. Connettere il cavo di alimentazione ai
morsetti POWER (L,N,Terra) ed il cavo
pompa ai morsetti PUMP (U,V,Terra): vedi
paragrafo “Collegamento elettrico”.
4. Chiudere tutte le utenze dell’impianto ed
accendere il dispositivo:
Versione senza Cosφ:
a. Premere il tasto ON/OFF per avviare il
dispositivo.
Versione con Cosφ:
a. Impostare il valore della corrente di
targa della pompa e salvare il dato
inserito.
b. Premere il tasto ON/OFF per avviare il
dispositivo
5. Il dispositivo attiva la pompa per circa 40
secondi ricavando la pressione massima,
pressione di ripartenza e pressione per la
mancanza d’acqua.
6. Terminata la fase della prima accensione,
il dispositivo è pronto per funzionare in
modalità automatica (modalità di
funzionamento F0).

“Prima accensione” e “Funzionamento ed
impiego”.
1. Prime the pump and bleed the system from
any processing residue.
2. Connect the device to the pump.
It is necessary to install a check valve on the
suction side of the pump.
3. Connect the power supply cable to the
POWER terminals (L,N,Ground) and pump
cable to the PUMP terminals (U,V,Ground):
see paragraph “Electrical connection”
4. Close all taps and turn on the device:
without Cosφ:
a. Press the ON/OFF button to start the
device.
Cosφ version:
a. Set the value of rated current of pump
and save it.
b. Press the ON/OFF button to start the
device.
5. The PresSystem drives the pump for about
40 seconds. In this time it is acquired the
maximum pressure, the restart pressure and
the dry running pressure.
6. After the phase of the first startup, the device
is ready for automatic operation (operation
mode F0).
