HOW TO READ THE RECIPES
In order to make them accessible to everyone, our selection of recipes are
easy to follow and cheap to make.
They do not require any particular skills. To help you use your Mini Plus, you
will find the following indications alongside each recipe:
• Use the metal blade
• Use the 2-mm reversible
slicing / grating disc
• Use the 4-mm grating disc
(optional accessory)
• Use the egg whisk
• Use the citrus press
Abbreviations
