C. SIDE HOUSING ASSEMBLY
1. Press ball bearing on intermediate gear and press
ball bearing on intermediate pinion.
2. Insert the intermediate reduction gear (A) with
bearing through slots provided in side housing
and assemble in position.
3. Assemble intermediate pinion (B) with bearing
and special nut (C). Adjust nut till desired
backlash and crimp (D) the special nut.
4. Check the backlash, it should be between
0.13 to 0.20 mm.
5. Fit the oil seal (E).
