3. Press the button <MENU> to change
parameter level (LED flashes briefly 2x).
The last set value is shown (the corres-
ponding LED is lit up constantly*). Here,
the parameters of the respective level
are available to you. Example Ta: 0, 3,
6, 15, 24 or 30 minutes ( Table).
* To switch off the Te start delay, push
the Ta overrun time or Ti interval
time <–> until the V1 LED flashes.
4. Press <MENU> button for 2 seconds:
The setting is saved. All 5 LEDs switch
off.
Adjustment hints
● Ti interval operation: The fan is switched
off during the interval time. Then, the fan
runs for 10 minutes with nominal ventila-
tion (full load level) V2 or in the set level
60 or 100m³/h.
● Settings menu is automatically exited after
60 seconds without pushing buttons.
12.3 Automatic humidity function
ER-AH
The controller continuously checks
the humidity in permanent base load
operation. If the unit is operated
without permanent base load opera-
tion, the fan starts every 2 minutes
for 30 seconds with reduced speed
(base load 20 m³/h) and measures

Once the ER EC unit is installed, it adjusts to
the currently prevailing room humidity
(relative humidity). This humidity value is
saved as the first reference value. The
reference value does not have to be specified
manually.
If the relative humidity falls below the
reference value during operation, the newly
established reference value is saved. The
lowest possible reference value is 45 %
relative humidity.
If the room humidity rises quickly, the ER
EC unit (depending on the humidity) turns up
continuously to match the humidity. The
maximum flow rate at 100 % r. h. is 60 m³/h
or 100 m³/h, depending on the setting of V2.
If the humidity falls below the reference
value, overrun operation mode starts with the
set overrun time. Then, the current reference
value is saved.
If the humidity does not fall below the
reference value within 60 minutes, the
ER EC unit switches to the set overrun mode
and then switches off.
In case of “Light on” the ER EC unit starts
up. If the light is switched off, the ER EC unit
continues to run until the remaining overrun
time has passed. The automatic humidity
function is then assigned maximum priority
again and controls the unit as described
above.
Notes
● ER EC units can also be operated using
a light switch during operation with
automatic humidity function.
● The interval operation is deactivated
during the humidity operating mode.
● Overrun time:
● A set overrun time of 0 minutes is only
valid for manual function with a light
switch.
● For operation with automatic humidity
function, the minimum overrun time is
3 minutes.
● For settings > 0 minutes, the overrun
time is the same for manual (light switch)
and humidity operating modes.
● Volumetric flows that can be set
V1: 20, 30, 40 m³/h
V2: 60, 100 m³/h
