The twisting
direction of the nozzle can be changed with this setting, Clockwise or Counter
clockwise. This is important to avoid the sausage unwind during cooking. We supply the
machine with the right setting from factory. We recommend do not touch this setting.
Machines with nozzle turning clockwise are equipped with reverse thread nozzle nut.
Machines with nozzle turning Counter clockwise are equipped with regular thread nozzle
nut.
9. LANGUA
GE SELECTION: This setting allows you to change the language displayed on
the touchscreen.
The emergency stop button (N) is used to stop the working cycle (see figure 2).
CLEANING:
1. Press the
emergency stop button (N
).
2. Dismantle the nozzle (
L) (see fig. 4).
3. Remo
ve the 4 knobs (H) from the front cover (O) and remove the piston using the
wrench (P) (see fig. 4).
