The next step is to turn the machine on for about 30
seconds. At the same time it is possible to clean the
shaft with a jet of water.
Note: If there is a blackout, cleaning the mixing
chamber can also be carried out manually by inserting
the cleaning device into it and hand rotating it.
Then clean the walls of the mixing chamber manually and rinse with water.
The cone of the joint of the shaft must in any case be cleaned
carefully.
Attention!
The water must not wet the dry material that otherwise would
become thick, causing obstruction at the outlet of the hose
that could intensify wear on the pumping unit.
The dirty water remaining must be pumped out of the mixing chamber.
After having turned off the machine by turning off the main switch (Pos.
„0“), remove the power supply plug. Then open the side blocking device
of the inclinable flange and tilt the pressure reduction motor sideways.
Remove the shaft from the mixing chamber, extract the cleaning device
and introduce the shaft.
Close the geared motor again and block the inclinable flange again.
The next step is to detach the hoses from the machine and the sprayer.
Attention!
Before detaching the hoses make sure that there is no pressure
remaining inside them. It is possible to check the installed
manometer for mortar visibly or by touching the hoses (these
must feel soft and without lumps in particular zones) to do this.
Hoses under pressure can be emptied as follows on the basis of the type of
hose:
Transport hose: the hose only contains water if the correct procedures
have been followed to the letter. To empty it, bring it to the level of the
machine and position it horizontally. Remove the attachment of the hose
to the pump slowly and lift the end of the hose from the sprayer to let the
water flow out.
Air hose: To empty the pressure on the air hose, open the air tap on the
sprayer until air no longer emerges from the hose.
Danger of being hurt!
The sprayer must not be directed toward people or dangerous
objects.
The transport hose used must be cleaned with a
suitable sponge ball (supplied).
Place the ball inside the
hose and connect the
latter to the water tap.
With the machine off, open the tap and wait.
