Screw and rotor
The rotor and the screw must undergo a
maintenance cycle if irregularities in the pressure
or changes in the thickness of the material are
met during the vaporising phase (e.g. the material
is too thick or too fluid).
These problems depend upon wear of one of the
above-mentioned parts.
The worn part must be replaced to guarantee
a use without problems.

in the „FIRST START-UP OF THE MACHINE“
chapter).
Attention!
Check that a suitable rotor relative to the screw has been
installed. Only use MALTECH spare parts!
