Why is there no picture or sound from my Manhattan T4•R TV Accessory?
    • L
      Lisa BriggsJul 30, 2025
If you're not getting any picture or sound from your Manhattan T4•R TV Accessory, first, check the HDMI connections between the T4•R and your TV to make sure they are secure. Then, ensure that you've selected the correct HDMI input on your TV. If the issue persists, your TV might not be communicating its compatible resolutions correctly. To resolve this, turn on the T4•R, wait 30 seconds, press HOME, and then press and hold '0' for 5 seconds. The T4•R will cycle through resolutions, select Confirm when you see a picture.

What to do if the picture and sound keep breaking up on Manhattan T4•R TV Accessory?
    • E
      Eileen MitchellAug 4, 2025
If your Manhattan T4•R TV Accessory picture and sound keep breaking up, or there's no signal, the issue might be a weak signal from your aerial. Check the signal strength by pressing HOME and selecting Information. If the signal is weak, consider having a professional check your aerial installation, as realigning or moving it could improve reception. If you're using a TV aerial with a signal amplifier, you may need to activate the T4•R's +5V DC supply by going to Settings > System > 5V Antenna Power.
