  If your Manitowoc Ice Maker isn't working, several factors could be at play. First, check the power supply: replace the fuse, reset the breaker, or ensure the main switch is on. If the high-pressure cutout is tripping, clean the condenser coil. Also, verify that the power switch is in the ON position. Ensure the bin thermostat is properly adjusted and not obstructed by ice. Check if there is water in the reservoir. Inspect the ice chute switch for obstructions, ensuring it's closed. Finally, confirm the air temperature around the ice machine is at least 35°F (2°C).

  If the gear motor runs but your Manitowoc Ice Maker isn't producing ice, it could be due to a few reasons. Initially, wait 10 minutes to allow the time delay to expire. If that's not the issue, the high-pressure cutout might be tripping; in this case, clean the condenser coil and reset it. Another possibility is a low-pressure control open, which requires you to thaw the evaporator and retest. If the problem persists after thawing, call for service.
