First, check the power supply: ensure the machine is plugged in, the main switch is on, the breaker hasn't tripped, and the fuse is intact. If power isn't the issue, make sure the ice machine is turned on by pressing the On/Off button. Lastly, confirm that the damper is in the upright position and can swing freely.

Why is my Manitowoc UDF0310A producing low ice capacity?

  If your Manitowoc Ice Maker has low ice capacity, start by cleaning the condenser. Ensure the air temperature around the ice maker (for air-cooled models) does not exceed 110° F (43°C) and that there is adequate clearance around the unit to allow proper airflow. Remove any objects blocking airflow to the condenser. Verify that the incoming water is cold and that the water pressure is within the range of 20-80 psi (137.9 -551.5 kPa), replacing the water filter if needed.
