Obstacles can block the signal, so clear the path. Check that the batteries are correctly inserted. Strong light can interfere with the remote sensor, so move the unit if necessary. Make sure the remote is set to the correct zone (MAIN or ZONE2). If using a 3D video device, adjust the unit's position to avoid infrared communication issues.

Clear any obstructions between the remote and the receiver. Verify the batteries are inserted correctly, aligning with the q and w marks. If the remote sensor is exposed to strong light, relocate the receiver. Ensure the remote is set to the correct operating zone (MAIN or ZONE2). If you're using a 3D video device, adjust the position and distance of the units to prevent infrared interference.
