Troubleshooting
Read this section to know how to solve common problems.
No Internet Access
You cannot connect to the internet or see the system control panel page on Firefox web browser.
The order of the computer networks is wrong.
1.
From the top left corner of the screen, click Apple Menu > System Preferences > Network.
2.
Make sure that the network called Ethernet 2 is at the top of the list, then is followed by the
network called Ethernet 1.
3.
If not, to change the order click the tooth wheel icon at the bottom of the list and select Set
Service Order.
Java error messages appear when opening the system web page
When you open the web page of the system via Mozilla Firefox web browser, you see error
messages from Java.
The version of Java installed on the computer is inferior to the latest version, so Mozilla Firefox
warns you that the version is outdated. Do not update the version of Java as it needs to be Java 7 or
lower.
Note: If you updated Java version, read I cannot click on some items in the system web page
on page 33 to know how to downgrade to version 7 or lower.
If you have the following message, click the red icon in the browser's address bar and click
Allow and Remember.
