I cannot click on some items in the system web page
When you open the system web page on Firefox web browser, you cannot click on items such as
Start Spectrum or Open Import/Export Application in the Settings part of the page.
You may also have this error message when opening the page:
It may be because the version of Java installed on the computer is higher than Java 7. This
happens if you updated Java version via an error message. In this case, you need to downgrade Java
version. Refer to your local Marport office.
It may be because the version of Mozilla Firefox installed on the computer is other than versions
22 to 51. This happens if you updated Firefox version via an error message. In this case, you need to
downgrade Firefox version. Refer to your local Marport office.
