Le bras ne lève pas les
containers chargés, ou
s’arrête de lever à l’appui
de la blellette sur le cadre
Charge lourde - Surcharge, ou mauvaise
répartition de la charge.
Réduire la charge à l’avant
du container.
- Relâcher les freins pendant
le levage.
Arm does not lift
a loaded container,
or stops lifting when
the rear tilting arm
cornes to rest on the
frame.
- Si le sol est boueux, mettre
des plaques sous les roues.
Limiteur
-Vérifier le tarage du limiteur
général : 350 bar maxi
(lire le manomètre quand
la potence vient en butée
ARRIERE).
L’essieu avant
quitte le sol
-Vérifier la charge. Faire
vérifier l’empattement du
camion.
Débrayage interne
dans les vérins de
bras
- Le débrayage logé dans le
piston peut être fuyard.
Trouver sur quel verin
en isolant successivement
chaque vérin. Nettoyer ou
changer le débrayage.
Huile impure
- Après des années de travail
dur, ou en atmosphère très
poussièreuse, les tiroirs de
distributeurs peuvent être
usés et rayés. Réparer,
RINCER le circuit et changer
I’huile.

- Over load or load distiibution :
remove some load from the
front.
- Make sure to release the brakes
while lifting.
- If the ground is too soft, lay plate:
under the rear axle.
- Check the setting of the main
relief valve :
350 bar = 5 000 PSI max.
(read the gauge when the jib
cornes to REAR stop).
- Check the weight. lf correct, see
your truck equipment dealer for
stretching the wheelbase.
- Change leaking by-pass valve
inside the piston. Find out which
cylinder has a failing by-pass
valve, plugging one of the 2 arm
cylinders. Clean or change the
check valve.
- Mer years of severe work,
earlier with polluted oil : spool s
might be damaged, or cylinders
might be scratched, or piston
seals wom out : repair, RINSE
the circuit, and change the oil.
