8.9 ALARM IP CONFIGURATION
This tab is used to configure parameters for alarm DATA connection.

• Alarm reporting over IP: Enable/Disable alarm reporting over DATA connection (GPRS
connection).
• Alarm reporting protocol: Selection of alarm reporting protocol.
• Max resend on failure: Number of retransmission in case of failure at sending events over
DATA connection.
• Server IP address (primary): IP address of primary IP alarm receiver.
• Server IP address (secondary): IP address of secondary IP alarm receiver.
• Server port number: IP port of IP alarm receiver (same for primary and secondary
receiver).
