For 30K~36K:
At first test the resistance between every two ports of U, V, W of IPM and P, N. If any result of them is 0 or
close to 0, the IPM is defective. Otherwise, please follow the procedure below:

Restart the unit when the power
supply is normal.
Reconnect
Check the wiring
of power wires
Check whether the power
voltage is normal.
Reconnect

L and N
Check the wiring of
bridge rectifier
Measure whether outdoor
terminal voltage is normal?
Check whether connecting
wire between main board and
IPM board is connected tightly.
Measure whether input voltage
of bridge rectifier is normal.
Measure whether the voltage
between P and N is normal.
Refer to Appendix 4.
Measure whether the voltage
between L and N is normal?
Check whether connecting
wire of compressor is
connected correctly or tightly.
Reconnect
Reconnect
Check whether
bridge rectifier is
normal
Replace bridge rectifier
Replace PFC module (if applicable)
Check the wiring of
reactor or inductor
Reconnect wiring
Check whether
reactor or inductor
is normal
Replace reactor
or inductor
Please refer to solution (fan
speed out of control malfunction).
Find the cause and correct.
Correct ventilation problem
Check if the outdoor unit
ventilation is good
Check if the outdoor fan
runs properly
Replace IPM board
Replace the outdoor main PCB
Is compressor ok?
Replace compressor
Check whether the refrigerant
system is ok
