Why won't the burners light on my Masport Indoor Fireplace?
    • E
      Erica HouseAug 1, 2025
If the burners on your Masport Indoor Fireplace won't light, there are several potential causes: * The pilot flame may be out. In this case, relight it, making sure to follow the lighting procedure completely. * The control knob may be set on pilot. Try adjusting the pilot. * There may be low voltage from the thermopile. The voltage should be around 280 millivolts on pilot and 120 millivolts when the main burner is on. If the thermopile is faulty, replace it.
