IMPORTANT: When the front
wheel discs are reversed, the front
wheel bearings are s u b j e c t e d to
a greater load.
Adjust the front wheel tread width as fol-
lows: (See Fig. 40).
1. With a
suitable jack, raise the front
of the Tractor off the ground.
2. Remove the two bolts that secu re
each front axle extension assembl y to the
main axle.

3. Position the axle extension assem-
blies to obtain the desired tread width. Re-
install the axle extension securing bolts and
tighten the nuts securely.
