11. As the programme progresses the posture required will be indicated by the signal
light on the mode display and any changes will be highlighted by a buzzing sound.
12. During automatic mode, the time and speed buttons will not be active.
13. To return to manual mode at any stage during the automatic programme, simply
press the SWITCH button.
14. If a programme is not selected within 1 minute, the machine will revert to standby
mode.1
USING OF MACHINE:
Erect Posture
Stand on the massage plate with feet apart. Hold the handle and stand straight.
Exercises the back, waist, buttocks, chest and abdomen.
Ride Posture
Stand on the massage plate and hold the handle. With knees bent, place feet apart at a distance a
little wider than the shoulders. Exercises the buttocks, thighs and calves.
