Main Element Access Instructions

To access main element:
Turn the smoker off and unplug the smoker from power source.
Remove the six (6) screws from main element access panel and then remove panel and rubber gasket. Fig D1.
Carefully remove screw, spring washer, flat washer and connector from post. Fig D2.
To reassemble components:
Confirm the smoker is powered off and not plugged into a power source.
Follow removal steps in reverse order to reassemble smoker.
Tool needed for access: Phillips head screwdriver
Grill + Finish Element/Probe/HTL Access Instructions
To access main Grill + Finish Element (GFE):
Turn the smoker off and unplug the smoker from power source.
Remove the six (6) screws from main GFE access panel and
then remove panel and rubber gasket. Fig 1.
Carefully remove screw, spring washer, flat washer and connector
from post. Fig 2.
To access HTL and Temperature Probe:
Turn the smoker off and unplug the smoker from power source.
Remove the six (6) screws from main GFE access panel and
then remove panel and rubber gasket. Fig 1.
Check to make sure connections are secure. Fig 3.
To reassemble components:
Confirm the smoker is powered off and not plugged
into a power source.
Reassemble parts in reverse order.
