Assembly Instructions

Installing the Handle

Position handle over rail support holes and secure with washer and bolt.

Installing the Water Pump

Submerge pump, connect tubing, position pump in tray clips, secure pump bracket.

Changing the Blade

Remove guard, loosen blade nut, replace blade collar and blade, tighten blade nut.

Installing Clamp Assembly and Mitre Gauge

Insert gauge peg into worktable groove, slide assembly, tighten knob to lock position.

Adding Water to the Tray

Ensure drain plug is in place, add water to cover metal rack, keep pump submerged.

Draining Water from the Tray

Turn off saw, unplug, place container, remove drain plug to drain water.

ON/OFF Switch and Reset Button

Use ON/OFF switch to operate saw. Press reset button after overload.

Cutting Tile

Fill water, position tile, align with ruler, secure tile, turn on saw, push blade assembly forward.

Operating Instructions

Making a 45° Cut

Place tile corner in ruler groove, secure tile, follow cutting instructions.

Making a Non-45° Angle Cut

Loosen mitre gauge, set angle, place tile, align with blade, tighten gauge, secure tile.

Making a Bevel Cut

Place tile, secure it, loosen bevel knobs, tilt blade assembly, tighten knobs.

Maintenance

Lubrication and General Maintenance

Use dry silicone spray for lubrication. Inspect all parts before each use for safety.

Cleaning the Saw

Empty water tray after use, clean with dry rag, avoid solvents.

Removing the Blade Assembly
