Connect the dust bag to the motor exhaust port by squeezing the metal collar wings.
Tool is factory adjusted; check and readjust for best results. Covers angle stops, fence, power, extension leads, and mounting.
Use protractor to set saw blade to 90° to table, adjusting screw (b) as needed.
Move cutting head left, adjust screw (b) with Allen key for 45° position on scale (a).
Lower head, lock pin, place square against fence and blade. Adjust fence for full contact and tighten screws.
Ensure power supply matches rating plate. Changes by qualified electrician. Tool is double insulated.
Consult electrician for minimum wire size to prevent power loss and overheating.
Bolt securely to a workbench using M10 drill bit and appropriate bolts/washers/nuts.
Use clamp 16, position work against fence. Keep hands out of 'No Hands Zone'. Unplug for safety.

Secure fence, release lock, move table to angle. Lock angle, activate switch, lower head to cut.

Cut vertically against fence or flat on table. Table provides reference for positions and angles.
Avoid pulling head towards you. Never lower blade before pulling head forward.
Set depth stop (a) housing-adjacent for 5 mm cut below table top.
Set depth stop (a) to outside for cuts above table top, using setscrew (c).
Loosen mitre lock, turn table to 45°, push head back, lock carriage, lower head, push lock pin.
Disconnect mains plug. Set unit to mitre operation. Unlock and lift saw blade cover (7).
Push blade blocker A, loosen screw (B) (left-hand thread), remove flange and blade carefully.
Place new blade on inner flange, observe size and rotation. Attach outer flange and tighten screw.
Wipe off chips/dust. Oil rotary parts monthly. Do not oil the motor.
Check motor brushes after 50 hours, then every 10 hours. Replace if worn or damaged.
Dispose of electrical equipment at designated return points, not household waste.
