Earphone Board
There is an insertion counter built into the console software. When the insertion count reaches 3,000,
an error will display on the screen indicating it’s time to replace the board. In order to clear the error,
you must go to the Service Mode and reset the counter. After a new board is installed, reset the counter
again.
The Headphone Board is accessible from the front of the console; no other disassembly is required.
Remove 2 #2 Phillips screws from the Headphone Board bracket and gently pull out of console.
