34. Install the Energy Saver LED in its mount; affix with 2 #1 Phillips screws.
35. Install the Console Proximity Sensor and bracket; affix with 2 #1 Phillips screws.
36. Install the ANT+/HR board; affix with 3 #1 Phillips screws.
37. Install the Tuner; affix with 4 #1 Phillips screws.
38. Touch only: Double-check display is properly aligned and seated; affix with 8 #2 Phillips screws.
• Ensure no cables are pinched under display; can flip console over and check front.
• Orange Touch ribbon cable must be accessible and passing through display panel slot.
39. Touch only: Lay orange Touch ribbon cable in place on display panel; connect cable to right-
most socket and tape ribbon down.
• Ensure UCB-end of cable won’t be pinched under UCB when installed.
40. TouchXL only: Double-check display is properly aligned and seated; affix with 12 #2 Phillips
screws.
• Ensure no cables are pinched under display; can flip console over and check front.
41. Dress all cables into their proper locations; affix with zip ties where removed.
42. Install fan vent; affix with brackets and 2 #1 Phillips screws.
43. Install RFID antenna; affix with bracket and 2 #1 Phillips screws.
• Antenna wires can be taped down after the UCB is reinstalled.
44. Install both Wi-Fi antenna in their slots; tab locks into place.
• Antenna wires can be taped down after the UCB is reinstalled.
45. Touch only: Install the UCB.
46. Install the Console Frame into the Console.
47. Install the Console on the Frame.

Tuner (NA STD)
These instructions refer to and show replacing an NA STD tuner. Other tuners may slightly differ in
appearance & replacement.
When the Tuner is replaced, additional console configuration may be needed. Refer to those
instructions in the Power and Entertainment Troubleshooting Guide.
Follow these steps to replace this part.
1. Remove the Console from the Frame.
2. Detailed replacement instructions are under development.
3. Install the Console on the Frame.

Upper Control Board (UCB)
The Upper Control Board (UCB) is the ‘brain’ of the console, driving all functions and communication. It
is also referred to as the ‘printed circuit board’ or PCB.
