Failures are frequently with the network, and not related to our equipment.

Available download speed can be checked by performing a Connection Speed Test.
Consoles are programmed to automatically connect to npwireless. Matrix Tech Support can
provide the password, if appropriate. Facilities may have their own networks installed.
