Troubleshooting
Simply unwrap the black spiral wire covering until the Quick Disconnect fitting is exposed. If necessary,
unthread and re-thread the Quick Disconnect fitting(s).
The bike doesn’t work
1. Insufficient battery power
2. Loose connections
3. Battery not fully connect at the socket
4. Improper turn on sequence
5. Blown discharge fuse
1. Charge the battery
2. Check and reconnect all cables.
3. Install battery correctly
4. Turn on bike with proper sequence
5. Replace discharge fuse
The battery will not charge
1. Battery poor contact
2. Charger damaged
3. Battery damaged
4. Blown charge fuse
1. Check if the battery is in full contact
with the socket
2. Replace
3. Replace
4. Replace charge fuse
1. Loose wiring
2. Loose or damaged motor cable
1.Check and reconnect
2. Check and reconnect
The motor does not respond
when the bike is powered on
The disc brake rubs against the brake
buckle.
Please try to adjust the position of the disc
