Chapter 5 Operation Guide
2-Control Connector Pin Assignment, DB-25 Plug
1.Pin Function
All control pins are TTL compatible, unless otherwise noted in the pin
description. For the interface designs level ranges of the TTL standard should be
taken into consideration.

decimal formats.
2.Least significant bit (lsb) (D0) corresponds to Pin number 1,
Most significant bit (msb) (D7) corresponds to pin 8.
- 00h(0): Minimum output power
- FFh(255): Maximum output power
- 00h. Disconnected corresponds to 00h.

a 470 ohm resistor and a 47nF capacitor in parallel. This network is used to
balance the voltage difference between the ground and the laser case.
According to the design, the ground of the control card may be connected to
the ground; otherwise, the ground of the control circuit is oating, indicating that
the blue and yellow-green wires of the 24VDC power cable of the laser are not
connected (see the red dotted line in the electrical connection diagram in this
chapter for details) .
