TIPS
• Generally no oil or only a small
amount of oil is required for preparing
food. You can add oil to your food
to enhance the taste by spraying
your food with a little oil from the oil
atomiser.
• The cooking time is dependent on the
size and quantity of the food and on
the cooking temperature. However,
in general the cooking time is shorter
than in a conventional oven. Start with
a shorter cooking time and then adapt
the cooking time to your personal
taste.
• When preparing mass-produced
frozen products, you should follow the
times and temperatures specifi ed by
the manufacturer. Before the specifi ed
cooking time elapses, check whether
the food is already cooked through
because the cooking time can be
slightly shorter than in a conventional
oven.
• With some food (e.g. chips and similar
items), it is advisable to mix the food
around from time to time to obtain an
even cooking result.
