      Blinking indicators occur when the cycle is paused or interrupted by opening the door. If the Start/Resume light is blinking, press Start/Resume and close the door within 4 seconds. If the Clean light or other lights are blinking and the dishwasher won't run, call for service.

Consider a detergent booster/water softener additive.
