4.3 Release from float-free enclosure
WARNING – The antenna will spring up when the EPIRB is released. Be
careful to avoid eye injury.
1. Locate the
locking dial at
the top of the
enclosure
cover.
2. Push the dial
in and turn anti-
clockwise to the
unlocked
position.
3. Remove the
cover by pulling
the top away
from the
bulkhead.
4. Pull the
EPIRB out
of the
enclosure.
