Why is there low or no suction with my Medela Harmony?

If you are experiencing low or no suction with your Medela Breast Pump, here are a few things to check: * Verify the O-ring on the stem is present and in good condition. If it's missing or damaged, contact Medela Customer Service. * Ensure the breast shield creates a complete seal around your breast. * Check that the yellow valve head and white membrane are clean and undamaged, and that the membrane lies flat on the valve head. Also, make sure the valve head is positioned sideways on the connector. * Confirm the handle components are correctly assembled and all connections are secure. If the suction doesn't improve after these checks, contact Medela Customer Service.
