Dump disinfectant to proper level.
Check the disinfectant MRC. If dilution is below
MRC, check the disinfectant return valve and the
overflow valve for proper operation. Repair or
replace if necessary.
Replace a defective harness.
Replace the sensor board.
Check the compressor for operation. Replace the
compressor, if necessary.
Check the valve harness connection. Replace a
defective harness.
Replace the valve drive board.
Replace the filter.
Verify the hook-up is not kinked and reconnect.
Verify the air filter is connected.
Contact your Facility Maintenance representa-
tive.
“No Fluid Flow" is displayed during disinfect phase.
Disinfectant filter is clogged
Disinfectant supply valve defective
Scope to basin connection disconnected
Hook-up is pinched or kinked
Pump does not operate

Replace the disinfectant filter.
Repair or replace the component.
Reconnect and restart the cycle.
Check for pinched or kinked hook-up. Cancel
the cycle, then reposition the hook-up. Restart
the cycle.
Check that the disinfectant filter is connected
and that pump is primed. Replace if necessary.
