Removal of the SSG Dosing Unit
The use of PPE is important throughout the PM, however, for the following sections involving the SSG unit, it is
imperative to wear the appropriate PPE, including eye protection.
Mechanical
Fully extend the disinfection bottle holding tray. See figure 17.
Remove any supply bottles from drawer. Carefully remove the uptake tube from both bottles, wipe dry and replace
the caps on both bottles to prevent spillage.
Lift up the black locking latch on the left side while pushing down the latch on the right side, pull the drawer off the
rails and set aside. See figure 18 and 19.
The four internal mounting screws are now accessible. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the two screws in front
and the two rear screws. See figure 20.
Once the four mounting screws are removed, slide the SSG module from the unit and set it on the floor. The cables
and hoses are long enough so they do not have to be disconnected.
