PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE KIT

 Remove the eight cover screws. These screws tap into the motor housing below. All screws are necessary to
prevent excess vibration of the motors during operation.
 Remove cover and set aside.
 Remove the pumps one at time to replace the two O-rings. To remove the pump, disconnect the electrical
connection on the board and remove the pin holding the pump in place. See figure 23. Once the pump is
removed the O-rings may be attached to the pump or the reservoir, discard the O-rings. See figure 24 and 25.
Lightly lubricate the O-rings with silicone oil, place the new O-rings on the pump and reattach the pump to the
assembly. Do not insert them into the reservoir first. Damage of the O-ring will occur if placed in the reservoir
first, and then the pump is pressed into place.
 When removing every other pump a spring and ball will be seen in the top of the reservoir. Remove the spring
and ball. Discard the original ball and spring and replace with the new ball and spring supplied in the PM kit,
there are four total, one for each tank. See figure 26
