NNUAL PM INSTRUCTIONS
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE KIT
Electrical
 Disconnect the A side FL1 flow sensor electrical connector. Refer to figure 28.
 Disconnect the A side FL2 flow sensor electrical connector.
 Disconnect the A side 4 station MAC valve manifold connector.
 Disconnect the A side alcohol/detergent connector.
 Disconnect the A side compressor.
 Disconnect the A side disinfectant pump connector.
 Disconnect the A side isolation valve connector.
Mechanical
 Remove the three bolts that secure the A side main module to the unit. Two are located on the top of the pallet and
one near the right rear corner of the compressor.
 Slide the A side module out of the unit.
Removal of the B side Manifold
Tools Required
 John Guest tool
 7/16-inch Nut driver
Hydraulic
 Disconnect the 3/8” air line at the B side 6 station MAC valve manifold. Refer to figure 29.
 Disconnect the 3/8” tube from the B side flow switch
 Disconnect the 3/8” tube from the main water valve inlet on the B side two station manifolds.
 Disconnect the 3/8” tube from the chamber valve inlet on the mixing block.
 Disconnect the check valve on the B side alcohol line, leaving the check valve with the alcohol reservoir side of the
break
 Disconnect the air line running from the compressor to the top of the air tank.
 Disconnect the water inlet hose from the bottom of the 0.2 micron filter housing .
