PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE KIT
Reinstallation of A Side Module
Preparation
Verify all work is completed on A side module prior to reinstallation.
Mechanical
 Slide the A side module into the unit
 Install the three bolts that secure the A side main module to the unit. The longest of the three screws is for the
bottom plate near the compressor.
Hydraulic
 Connect the 3/8” air line at the A side 4 station MAC valve manifold. Refer to figure 28.
 Connect the 3/8” tube from the A side FL1 flow switch
 Connect the 3/8” tube at the water valve inlet of the A side manifold.
 Connect the 3/8” tube from the chamber valve inlet on the mixing block.
 Connect the check valve on the A side alcohol line.
 Connect the check valve of the A side detergent line.
 Connect the air line running from the compressor to the top of the air tank.
 Connecting the water inlet hose to the bottom of the 0.2 water filter.
Electrical
 Connect the A side FL1 flow sensor electrical connector. Refer to figure 28.
 Connect the A side FL2 flow sensor electrical connector.
 Connect the A side 4 station MAC valve manifold connector.
 Connect the A side alcohol/detergent connector.
 Connect the A side compressor.
 Connect the A side disinfectant pump connector.
 Connect the A side isolation valve connector.
 Connect the A side drain valve connector.
