PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE KIT
Reinstallation of B Side Module
Preparation
Verify all work is completed on B side module prior to reinstallation.
Mechanical
 Slide the B side module into the unit
 Install the three bolts that secure the B side main module to the unit. The longest of the three screws is for the
bottom plate near the compressor.
Hydraulic
 Connect the 3/8” air line at the B side 6 station MAC valve manifold. Refer to figure 28.
 Connect the 3/8” tube from the B side flow switch
 Connect the 3/8” tube at the water valve inlet of the B side manifold.
 Connect the 3/8” tube from the chamber valve inlet on the mixing block.
 Connect the check valve on the B side alcohol line.
 Connect the check valve of the B side detergent line.
Electrical
 Connect the B side FL1 flow sensor electrical connector. Refer to figure 28.
 Connect the B side FL2 flow sensor electrical connector.
 Connect the B side 6 station MAC valve manifold connector.
 Connect the B side alcohol/detergent connector.
 Connect the B side compressor.
 Connect the B side disinfectant pump connector.
 Connect the B side isolation valve connector.
 Connect the B side drain valve connector.
Reinstallation of SSG Dosing Module
 Before reinserting the SSG module, verify that the 115 volt power connection is inserted properly in the back of the
SSG module. Refer to figure 44.
 Carefully set the unit back into the body of the reprocessor. Before pressing far back into the machine, lift up the
hoses and cables to prevent them from catching on the top of the unit as SSG is pushed in. Refer to figure 45.
 Insert the drawer by aligning the tracks on the side of the drawer with the rails in the SSG module. Once aligned
simply push in the drawer.
