1.2 Intended use
The Melitta

CAFFEO

LATTEA
®
is exclusively designed for preparation of coffee
and coffee specialities, for heating water as well as for preparing milk froth with the
milk2shower milk powder outside of the appliance.
To use the appliance as intended means:
• that you carefully read, understand, and comply with the operating
instructions.
• that you especially comply with the safety instructions.
• that you use the Melitta
®
CAFFEO
®
LATTEA
®
within the operating
conditions specied in these operating instructions.
1.3 Non-intended use
Non-intended use is dened as using the Melitta
®
CAFFEO
®
LATTEA
®
in a manner
that differs from the use described in these operating instructions.
Warning!
Non-intended use can lead to injury or scalding with hot water or steam.
Note
The manufacturer bears no liability for damage that is attributed to non-
