ADJUSTING IDLE SPEED

With the boat tied securely to a dock, start engine and allow it to warm up.
2 Shift the outboard to forward gear and reduce engine speed to idle.
3 Adjust the throttle stop screw to 800-900 RPM by turning the screw clockwise
to increase the idling speed and turning it counterclockwise to decrease idling
speed.
Note: Correct idling speed adjustment is only possible if the engine is fully
warmed-up. If not warmed up fully the speed setting will tend to be too low.

Le bateau étant solidement amarré au pont, faites démarrer le moteur et
laissez-le chauffer.
2 Passez en marche avant puis réduisez la vitesse au ralenti.
3 Réglez la vis d’arrêt des gaz à 800-900 trs/mn en tournant la vis dans le sens
horaire pour augmenter le ralenti et en la tournant dans le sens inverse pour
le réduire.
Remarque: Le réglage précis du ralenti n’est possible que si le moteur est chaud.
Sinon, le réglage de la vitesse aura tendance à être trop faible.

AJUSTE DE LA VELOCIDAD DE MARCHA EN VACIO

Teniendo la embarcación bien asegurada en un muelle, arranque el motor y
deje que caliente.
2 Ponga el motor en marcha hacia delante y reduzca la velocidad del motor a
marcha en vacío.
3 Ajuste el tornillo de parada de aceleración a 800-900 RPM girando el tornillo
en sentido horario para aumentar la velocidad de marcha en vacío y en sentido
antihorario para disminuirla.
Nota: Los ajustes correctos de la velocidad de marcha en vacío sólo son posibles
si el motor ha tenido un calentamiento inicial completo. En caso de no haber
calentado completamente, el ajuste de velocidad tenderá a ser demasiado bajo.

Com o barco preso seguramente a um ancoradouro, dê a partida no motor e
deixe-o aquecer.
2 Mude a marcha para frente e reduza a rotação do motor para marcha lenta.
3 Ajuste o manete do acelerador para 800 a 900 RPM virando o parafuso no
sentido horário para aumentar a marcha lenta e virando-o no sentido
anti-horário para diminuir a marcha lenta.
Nota: Só é possível ajustar a marcha lenta se o motor estiver totalmente
aquecido. Se não estiver totalmente aquecido, o ajuste da velocidade tenderá a
ser demasiadamente baixo.
