1. Firmly grasp the column and press down on the tilt‑positioning
pin.

2. Pull back on the column while simultaneously pressing down on
the tilt‑positioning pin to reach the desired angle.

3. Release the tilt‑positioning pin. Verify that the latch pin is securely
engaged.
