Cruise control
Motion-control system
The electric scooter has cruise control. To activate cruise control, turn the throttle
grip to the limit twice within one second. The electric scooter subsequently
maintains the current speed until one of the brakes is activated.
In addition to speed control via the throttle grip, the electric scooter can also be
operated by means of motion control. In this case, sensors detect the kicking
movement (= push-o from the ground) the driver makes, and the scooter
subsequently provides support with energy similar to that of an electric bicycle
with a support motor.
Important information
● Motion control only becomes active from approx. 5 km/h. This means the rider
must use body power alone to accelerate to 5 km/h (1-2 kicks) before the initial
support is noticeable.
● The stronger and more intensive the kick (momentum), the stronger and longer
lasting the support of the motor.
● A few powerful kicks are more economical and appear more elegant than many
small kicks.
Please note that riding with electrical
support takes getting used to.
The acceleration is much greater than with
a normal kicking movement. This type of
acceleration is initially unusual and can
be abrupt. When riding for the rst time,
please be extremely cautious.
