● Damage caused by storage, charging or usage outside the specied
temperature range.
● Improper use, inappropriate application or negligent operation (e.g. jumps).
● Improper alteration by third parties (e.g. by opening the footboard).
● Improper charging (e.g. by charging with a charger dierent from the one
provided).
● Exceeding the maximum speed of 40 km/h on downhill rides.
● Technical modications of the scooter without the manufacturer's consent.
● Subsequent conversion/installation of non-compatible or non-original parts.
● Wear parts such as ball bearings, sliding bearings, bearing bolts and bearing
screws, etc.
● Failure to comply with the maintenance intervals.
● Damage as a result of missing or incorrect setting(s) or worn components.
● Consequences of falling.
● Any personal or property damage to third parties or property resulting from
the use of the scooter.
● Damage resulting from unsuitable cleaning agents, utensils such as high-
pressure cleaners or additives used.
● Damages caused by user negligence in conjunction with water protection (the
electric scooter is splash-resistant but not waterproof).
