Inserting the new syringe plunger tip
To insert the new tip:
• The Guide Sleeve and Adjustment Collar must be in place as described on the previous
page.
• Select the Install New Tip button
• Place a new plunger tip (open end of plunger tip facing out) into the end of the Tip Pusher
Tool.
• Insert the Tip Pusher Tool through the center of the Guide Sleeve and over the end of the
plunger.
• Pull out the Tip Pusher Tool to remove the Plunger Tip.
Leave the Threaded Cap and Guide Sleeve on the Pipette Injector to prepare for tip polishing.
