Re-position the cuff and

interference signals
were detected by the
cuff, caused for instance
by movement or muscle
tension. Repeat the
measurement, keeping
your arm still.

cuff pres-
sure
It is not possible to build
up sufficient pressure in
the cuff.
A leak may have oc-
curred. Check that the
cuff connection is correct
and that the cuff is not
too loose around your
arm. Replace the batte-
ries if necessary. Repeat
he measurement.

Irregular
measuring
result
The measuring signals
are inaccurate and no
result can therefore be
displayed. Read through
the check list for per-
forming reliable measu-
rements and repeat the
measurement.*
«HI»
Pulse rate
or cuff
pressure too
high
The pressure in the cuff
is too high (over 299
mmHg) or your pulse
rate is too high (over 200
beats per minute). Relax
for 5 minutes and repeat
the measurement.*
