Main controls and parts of the radio
1. Antenna
2. Encoder: rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise to select the desired channel
3. Power/volume knob- turn clockwise to power on and increase the volume le-
vel. Turn counter-clockwise to decrease the volume level and power o.
4. Speaker
5. Built-in microphone
6. Led indicator:
RED: TX;
GREEN: RX.
7. PTT: push this button to transmit, release it to receive.
8. Function key 1: press this button to activate the Monitor function.
9. Function key 2: keep pressed this control to switch to the next 16 channels
(from CH 17 to CH 32) or to return to the previous 16 (from CH 1 to CH 16).
10. External Speaker/Mic Jack- allows the connection with external devices such
as headsets, microphones.
