Battery Test
Starter Test
Alternator Test
Green:
All test parameters were completed and have passed.
Yellow:
Some test parameters may require further testing.
Red:
The battery has failed the test.
Gray:
Insufcent data to perform the test.
Refer to Appendix B: Decision Tables for a complete explaination
of the possible test results.
System Test
1. Tap to proceed with the System Test.
2. Start the engine and let it idle.
3. Tap Next. The analyzer tests the alternator output.
4. When prompted, rev the engine to between 2000 to 3000
rpm and hold it there while
the analyzer tests the alterna-
tor output again.
5. When prompted Idle the engine and then turn it o.
6. Tap Next to display the test results.
