Descaling problems
What if the descaling process was started accidently?
The descaling process cannot be
interrupted once the right jog shuttle is
pressed. The process now needs to be
completed as a safety measure.
Descaling is important to increase the
life of the machine and to ensure the
best results possible.
What if the preheating time is increased, the water flow amount is not
correct and the unit performs less?
The machine needs to be descaled. See "Descaling the appliance".
What if the message F 10 or F 17 shows in the display?
No water is dispensed.
– Before using for the first time the
water lines need to be filled.
– The water tank is not inserted
properly.
– The water tank was not filled
correctly for the descaling process
– See "Filling water and coffee
capsules".
– Remove and reinsert the water tank
properly.
– Fill the water tank to the mark k and
restart the descaling process.
– If the message still appears call
